2012 Rates

High Season:

June 23rd  - September 2nd
$2,500.00 per week plus 5% GST & 10% PST

Low Season:

April 1st to June 22nd &
September 3rd   - November 30th
$1,875.00 per week plus 5% GST & 10% PST

Daily Rates in Low Season - Two Day Minimum booking

Confirmation:
50% Deposit required upon booking by Visa or MasterCard
to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
If booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival the 50% deposit is refunded except a $50.00 administration fee. 
If booking is cancelled after the 60 days required and another booking takes place the deposit will be refunded except the $50.00 administration fee.  If no booking occurs the deposit is non-refundable.
